Marc E. Ouimette, CEO

Marc founded Cardinal Policy after over a decade building teams in Tech policy, notably the AI policy team at AWS and the global policy team at Element AI (acquired by Service Now). Prior to this, Marc led policy strategies and engagement in the higher education sector, and worked as a corporate lawyer in one of Canada's leading law firms.

Marc sat on numerous technology policy related boards, notably as board chair of the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI) Center of Expertise; as deputy board member of WEF's Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution; on the policy advisory committee of the Partnership for AI (PAI); and on the policy advisory board of Tortoise Media.
